Description: 

This new position will regularly interact with our St. Clair staff, as well as
our six HR team members at other facilities.

Responsibilities: 

recruitment employee engagement and communications
benefit enrollments
performance management
training
time and attendance
employee record keeping
other day-to-day human resources responsibilities.

Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (4 years) human resources experience
Superior interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of labor and employment laws
Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive material in a highly professional manner
Customer service driven
Proficient computer skills
Ability to navigate many software applications and HRIS systems
