  • Packaging Supervisor - Monday to Thursday / 6AM - 4PM
  • Loading Supervisor - Monday to Friday / 3PM - 11PM
  • Treating Supervisor - Monday - Thursday / 8PM - 6AM

 

Responsibilities: 
  • Ensure all employees are following the plant’s safety rules.
  • Evaluate personnel on a yearly basis.
  • Coaching and training personnel on plant procedures.
  • Assisting team leads on coaching employees.
  • Attend weekly Level 10 meetings, department meetings and daily production meetings.
  • Daily Audits.
  • Responsible for yard organization and cleanliness.
  • Conducts all injury/incident investigations with the management.
  • Monitors and maintains quality and proper packaging specs.
  • Open communication with Management regarding production goals.

 

Qualifications: 
  • Computer proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Docs and aptitude to navigate and acquire skills to use internal systems.
  • Possess leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills in relationships with employees and management.
  • Reasoning ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal, or diagram form.
