On October 11, 2013 Michigan Forest Products Council Chairman, Mike Sussman, (left) presented JR Richardson (right) with MFPC's pretigious Tuebor Award. The award is presented only to those who have demonstrated both extraordinary leadership and stewardship of Michigan's natural resources. 

This year's 2013 Award honors Richardson's outstanding 30-year career in Michigan's paper industry as well as his continued leadership on the the Natural Resources Commission, Timber Advisory Council, MFPC Board of Directors and current position at Traxys Power group.
